Delete your account
Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Antivio is a product of Mobile Seller LLC, New Jersey, USA.
This page explains how to delete your account in Antivio, the driver app by Mobile Seller LLC, what we delete and what is kept, and for how long. You can delete your account in the app at any time, or ask us by email.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the Antivio app and sign in.
- On Today, tap your photo to open Account.
- At the bottom of Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what is deleted and what companies keep, type the confirmation word (DELETE, or ELIMINAR in Spanish) and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted right away and the app signs you out. Deleting needs an internet connection.
2. When you can't delete it yet
The app deletes your account only when nothing is still open with a company you drive for. If something is, it lists each company and what to settle first:
- cash you collected that you have not handed in yet;
- earnings the company has not paid you yet;
- money you owe the company, for example a cash shortfall;
- deliveries still in progress;
- a company you own on Antivio: transfer it to another owner or close it from the Antivio dashboard first.
Once everything is settled, delete your account from the app again. Nothing is deleted while something is open.
3. If you can't use the app
Write to hello@antivio.app from the email address of your Antivio account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request. We delete the account within 30 days, after the same checks as in the app; if something is still open with a company, we tell you what.
4. Delete some of your data without deleting your account
You can remove some data yourself in the app, under Account:
- Documents: open Documents and tap Remove on a document. A document that is still required by a company you drive for may need to be replaced first.
- Vehicles: open Vehicle and remove a vehicle you no longer use.
- What a company sees: open the company under Companies and turn off sharing for a document. The company no longer sees it; the consent record of when it was shared and stopped is kept.
- Location: location is only collected while a shift is on. Turn all your shifts off to stop it.
Your profile photo can be replaced in the app but not removed. For that, or for any other data (for example documents you shared with a company you no longer drive for, or your location history), write to hello@antivio.app from the email address of your account and tell us what to delete. We answer within 30 days. The records companies must keep, listed below in What companies keep, are kept for the same periods.
5. What is deleted
- your profile: name, phone, ID details, date of birth and photo;
- your documents (such as your driver's license) and your vehicles;
- your sign-in to Antivio (email and password);
- your location history;
- your memberships: you leave every company you drove for;
- everything the app keeps on your phone, when you delete from the app.
6. What companies keep, and for how long
Some records belong to the companies you drove for and the law requires them to keep them. They are anonymized: your name and personal details are removed.
- Deliveries you made: as part of each company's shipment history, as long as the law requires.
- Proof-of-delivery photos and signatures: 12 months, or up to 36 months if the company chose a longer period.
- Cash on delivery, remittances and payment records: as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
- Security audit logs: 5 years.
These periods follow our Privacy Policy (section 7, How long we keep data).
